Castrol Brayco® Micronic 882 is a vibrant red synthetic hydrocarbon hydraulic fluid, graded ISO viscosity Grade 15, tailored for aircraft, ordnance, and industrial applications. Free from viscosity index improvers, it maintains stability even under high shear conditions, distinguishing it from traditional hydraulic fluids. Suitable as a substitute or top-up for MIL-PRF-5606, it seamlessly blends with MIL-PRF-6083. Characterized by a high flash and fire point, along with an exceptionally high auto-ignition point, it boasts minimal flame propagation. Its attributes include controlled rubber swell for extended seal life, low foaming, excellent anti-wear properties, and robust corrosion and oxidation stability.
