Terms and Conditions (Aerosol as the Buyer)
Purchase Orders
- Order Confirmation: Suppliers must confirm orders within two business days.
- Delivery Schedule: Suppliers must confirm the delivery schedule upon receiving our purchase order.
- Product Specifications: Products must match the specifications in the contract. Non-conforming products will be rejected.
- Documentation: Suppliers must send all relevant certificates with the consignment.
- Packaging: Orders should be properly marked and not mixed unless agreed upon in advance.
Warranties
Suppliers must warrant that the goods are free of defects and meet the contract specifications. Suppliers are responsible for all costs related to storage and return of faulty goods.

Pricing
All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change without notice.
Purchase Orders
Buyers must specify the general specifications, cost, quantity, and delivery date in their purchase orders. Any special requests must be included in the purchase order.
Payment Method
We accept wire transfers, and the buyer is responsible for all related fees. Disputes over invoices must be resolved promptly.
Delivery
Delivery is scheduled based on the buyer’s instructions or at Aerosol’s discretion if no instructions are provided. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and any additional charges for special handling or insurance.
Changes and Cancellations
Buyers may cancel or change purchase orders with written notice if we fail to correct issues within an acceptable time frame.
Surplus Merchandise
Surplus goods can be returned at the buyer’s discretion, with normal shipping costs borne by Aerosol if it was our error.
Justifiable Delays
AeroSol is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or other “Acts of God.”
Confidentiality
Buyers must not disclose any information regarding transactions, contracts, or prices without written consent from Aerosol unless required by law.
